Terms of service.

To use the Link Audit and the rest of VigiLink, you create an account by signing up with an email address. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure. We use email magic-link authentication and do not store passwords, so the security of your email inbox is the security of your account.

You may close your account at any time by emailing team@vigilink.app. When you close, we delete your records per the retention rules in the privacy policy.

VigiLink is in development; pricing is not yet set; no pricing commitment is made at this time. We will give clear notice before any change to how the service is billed and will not charge an account retroactively.

VigiLink generates loss estimates based on industry-midpoint assumptions about traffic, attribution windows, and per-finding impact. These estimates are illustrative. Individual results vary, sometimes materially, depending on your audience geography, browser mix, network attribution rules, and merchant practices.

Nothing in a VigiLink scan, dashboard, or PDF report is a warranty that a specific dispute will be honored, a specific commission will be recovered, or a specific dollar amount will be realized. We provide the evidence and the chassis. Outcomes depend on the network and the merchant.

You agree not to use VigiLink to:

• Submit URLs you do not own or have not been authorized to scan, if scanning would violate the destination’s terms.
• Use the Link Audit as a load-testing tool against another party’s site.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, share account access across parties, or automate scraping of VigiLink’s own pages.
• Resell or sub-license access to VigiLink without a written agreement to do so.
• Submit content that violates law, intellectual-property rights, or the published terms of any affiliate network you participate in.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We will give notice and a chance to cure where the violation is not material.

The URLs you submit, the income disclosures you optionally share, and the resulting scan records are yours. We process them to run the service. We do not sell them. We do not share them with affiliate networks. We retain them per the privacy policy.

VigiLink is provided on an as-available basis. We work hard to keep the Link Audit, dashboards, and APIs running, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled incidents may briefly degrade the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VigiLink is provided without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly stated in these terms. We are not liable for loss of profits, business, data, or commission recoveries that did not materialize, except where the law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

You may stop using VigiLink at any time. We may terminate your access if you violate these terms or if continuing to provide the service to you exposes us to legal or commercial risk. On termination, your data is handled per the privacy policy.

We will note material changes here when they happen. Continued use of VigiLink after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
